If other conditions than these have been met in writing between the two parts, the following conditions can be ignored, it is then of course the special conditions decided that apply.

The booking is binding from the day when a definitive booking is made. Preliminary bookings are kept preliminary in our system until a date agreed upon. After that, the bookings will be cancelled of changed into a definite booking. If no answer from the customer about whether cancellation och definite booking should be made comes in, we have the right to cancel the booking.
Day conference:
Free cancellation is possible until 4 weeks before the booked date of the conference (when nothing else is agreed upon and stated in the booking confirmation), when cancelling later then this 50% of the booking value will be charged. Cancellation later then 14 days before the booked date of the conference is charged with 100 % of the booking value. Adjustments to the number of participants can be made until 14 days before the date of the conference, a few persons can be cancelled at the latest three days in advance (this specific number of a few persons depends on the total number of the group, contact our booking department to find out the number for you booking), however you can never cancel more than 10 people for any size of booking later than 14 days in advance.
Overnight stay conference:
Free cancellation is possible until 8 weeks before the booked date of the conference (when nothing else is agreed upon and stated in the booking confirmation), when cancelling later then this 50% of the booking value will be charged. Cancellation later then 4 weeks before the booked date of the conference is charged with 100 % of the booking value. Adjustments to the number of participants can be made until 14 days before the date of the conference. Private booking:
Cancellation of accommodation & breakfast, hotel packages and offers (special conditions for Christmas-and New years bookings and a few other specials offers) can be made without any cost until the day before arrival at 18:00. When cancelling later then than this, we charge 100 % of the booking value. There is an extra late-cancellation policy that can be bought at the time of booking, which gives you the right to cancel your booking until the day of arrival at 15:00.

Group booking:

Cancellation later then 14 days before the arrival date is charged with 100 % of the booking value. Adjustments to the number of guests can be made until 14 days before the date of the conference, a few persons can be cancelled at the latest three days in advance (this specific number of a few persons depends on the total number of the group, contact our booking department to find out the number for you booking).
Spa treatments:
Cancellation and re-booking can be made until 24 hours prior to the start time of your booking, after that full payment is charged. If you have booked more than one treatments of if you are a group of people, cancellation can be made at the latest 5 days before your booked time, after that full payment is charged.
Spa entrance:
Cancellation and re-booking can be made until 24 hours prior to the start time of your booking, after that full payment is charged. If yo are a group of 3 persons or more cancellation or re-booking must be made at the latest 5 days in advance, after that full payment is charged.
